Two weeks ago I felt I have to find out what it means to sit on the saddle the whole day. So I took my 28inch uni and drove around a lake at the east german coast (where I spent my holidays). In the end of the day I rode 94 km - much more then I ever did before on one day. And it worked out very good. On the last kilometers the pain in my back was getting a bit harder - so I started to sing out loud a german folks song. People looked a bit wired - but who cares. That helped to finish the last 15km of the day. <br>]]></content:encoded>
